Nowadays, technology plays a crucial role in our lives. When I was child, I just knew how to dial the number on the telephone to talk with my mother and I had never seen there a device called a computer. As technology develops, now, almost everyone has a personal computer or cellphone, and other electronic devices. The adults work in front of computers in companies, and then, after work, shopping online, dinner online, playing games online, chatting online and so on, they can do anything online. With the network and electronic devices development, everyone can do everything online, even pay. So technology changes our lives, lifestyle, consumption concept, even trip style.

Technology has changed our lives of every aspect, promotes social development. But on the other hand, relying on the convenience of technology, people sit in front of computers for longer periods of time, surf online more time, and chat online instead of face to face. No one will say a word in a family, though members in a house with the nearest distance. This time, Papa and Mama are watching TV, brothers are playing games on IPAD, sisters are chatting with others on Wechat, and me, playing Tik Tok. So it looks like everyone pays all their attention to the electric devices, sitting on the sofa, lying on the bed, sitting on the toilet, for one hour, two hours… even one day.

Siting, lying, staying in one pose, in front of TV, IPAD, Cellphone, at the same time, our body is saying “NO”. It is harmful for our body, we know, more and more people are suffering from cervical spondylosis, obesity, and other diseases. Truly, 80-90% of people in my workplace have cervical spondylosis, as we know, it is called occupational disease. Because we sat in front of computers for a long time. Technology brings development, the development brings diseases.

But I want to say, technology is just technology, it is just like a tool, we can use it to make our lives convenient, and we can use it to help our health. We can through technology to develop some device to help our health, without sitting, lying for a long time. Like sports online devices? Oh, I don’t know, just like that device, it will help our body stronger. And we can develop an app, to remind people to stop sitting, lying in front of electric devices one or half hours later, and to do some sports offline. So, in my opinion, technology must be developed, and we should get healthier.
